The staff at the front were very friendly and even kept a positive attitude when dealing with other difficult guests. The rooms were decent for the price.
Negatives:
The room was not very clean. I had to wear shoes on the carpet because of how dirty it felt under my feet. The remote for the tv was filthy and sticky. The pool was closed and that wasn’t disclosed during booking.

The pillows and mattress were stained. The carpet had a stickiness on it, seemed like something was spilled on it and never cleaned . When asked for extra pillow the answer we got was it was locked up and couldn’t be reached. I will NEVER book this hotel again
