La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baltimore N/White Marsh

Negatives: Everything! This was the experience I had at any hotel I've stayed. We made a reservation for 10 adults, but two of us slept on the floor with no blankets. It was awful. One of the rooms had a very bad odor, and when I reported, I was told they'll come check it out. However, no one did. I requested a late checkout at 3 pm online for $55. However, Tia at the front desk said they wouldn't honor that because it was set by corporate, but they're a private entity. She ended up charging me an extra $100 to extend our checkout from 11 am to 3 pm.

Negatives: On check in 5/23 there was piled up trash on the fourth floor a few doors down at 7pm and at 8am it was still there . Wasn’t addressed until more that one customer complained about it . My room smelled like urine and toilet didn’t flush well . On the 24th I called the front desk to have someone come and fix the toilet I’ve was made too wait over 30 minutes and still it wasn’t taken care of until I went down stairs to get help ! And even then the employee want me too plunge tit myself! Just not happy with my experience there ! The elevator was disgusting as well . The linen was dingy needed too ask for towels and wash clothes as the room was only stocked with one wash cloth and two towels when the room was booked for two adults.

Negatives: The hotel is very outdated. Bathrooms very old and tubs were a little moldy and rough, had to shower with slippers on because the tub felt dirty and uncomfortable. Almost the whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke despite not being a smoking hotel. Breakfast options were lackluster only had one protein and not many options. Don't think I'll be staying at this hotel again in the near future.

Negatives: No clean. Not enough supplies in the room. Only one working elevator which was extremely slow had to pay an additional $100 fee that is returned after your stay. Seems like they are housing some homeless displaced people there

Negatives: Lots of construction going on. Stayed on the first floor and all night it was very busy not sure why. I could hear the side exit doors slamming from people coming in and out so I couldn’t sleep all night.

Negatives: Dirty beds Dirty floors Refused to give clean bedding. Didn’t come in room daily. Had to ask for towels Doors you could see light out not closed or sealed good. No toilet paper had to go ask

Negatives: Not enough bath towels for 3 guests, we reported the lamps not working but it was not resolved as advised, we found a bug on the bed, an ant was crawling on the mirror, the room smelled stuffy and like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room, the bathroom door knob was loose and would get stuck when trying to get out of the bathroom, housekeeping did not clean the room after taking 40 minutes to "clean" (they only replaced the towels/they did not vacuum, make up the beds, or take the trash out), and they gave my son an access card and our room number without asking for ID. Furthermore, the staff/front desk person had a dog at the desk that barked constantly at guests. There were people hanging out outside all hours of the night/some looked like they lived there. Also, when the elevator finally arrived, the door opened halfway, so we took our luggages/belongings up and down the stairway because we didn't want to get stuck.

Negatives: They never had rags and towels available

Negatives: The towels and linens looked stained. No mattress covers on bed, mattress stained. TV inadequate for viewing, very small screen.

Negatives: Just cleaner rooms. Fully functioning bathroom

Negatives: Bed had so many stains had to flip the mattress and I didn’t get a refund

Negatives: Sheets were dirty and towels mouse trap under vent it wasn't clean at all carpet was dirty I wish I would've took pictures now
