Positives:
First room had mold all thru it, second room was filthy and the jacuzzi tub was leaking into the main room. Jacuzzi was filthy nasty trash on the floors in hallway.

The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hallways are not carpeted which increased hallway noise.

There were men loitering around the side door. They appeared to be Day Ready Laborers.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Staff were prompt. Nothing in the room was broken.
Negatives:
Facilities were run down and not clean, especially the floors. The toilet seat of my room was chipped and looked disgusting. There were towels with urine on them just sitting in the hallway on the way to the room the entirety of my stay. There was not enough food for the amount of people that showed up to the Continental Breakfast, and the staff couldn't keep up with restocking it.

Negatives:
No exhaust fan in the bathroom, and noisy kids playing in the hallway had to wear ear plugs most of the time. It was a lousy breakfast.
