They just gave away my reservation. When I arrived, they said I had canceled it. No rooms were available, I was left on the street. I was a good customer, staying there 2 or 3 times a year. They ruined that. I won't stay here again.

Shower was dirty and bathroom smelled like smoke. Had mold stains on the ceiling and beds were too hard. Also housekeeping knocked on the door to clean at 9 am when check out was scheduled for 11 am.

There was no water there for about four hours. Had to leave the hotel and go get a shower at a friend house Saturday morning, I should be reimbursed for at least one night.

I like nothing. The staff was awful. Our room was dirty. I’ll never book there again or probably a Hilton.
Negatives:
I didn’t like our room had a dirty razor in the trash at hair all in the bathroom and the shower. The staff was rude. Didn’t want to give complementary waters as I’m a Hilton member. I complained to management when I checked out and nothing was done. I will not book another Hilton again or recommend family.
