The room was accommodating for our 3. We were there for thanksgiving with our family in Silver Springs Maryland.
Negatives:
We were unfortunately the victims of theft...Our car and the cars of 9;others were burglarized and vandalized right in front of the Hilton Garden Hotel..No cameras are in the areas of guest cars..and the lot was full...upon noticing we were victims, we immediately asked for the manager...no manager was on site thanksgiving day, even after they were made aware of the crimes committed on their property..we were later called by Police and filed a report... However, there was no concern for the guest victimized that day...no one cared...this hotel has no hospitality or empathy..I witnessed two 90! Year old guest who were also victims, check out and get in the car for a 7:hour drive without a driver side window..I pleaded with them to wait for the auto Glass mobile service (Perfect Auto Glass) to get that window fixed as I had done before you we made our way home..We pray they made it to their destination safely..Shame on you Hilton Gardens Hotel

I booked this location because of the indoor pool and breakfast option, when we arrived we found out the pool was closed for maintenance and breakfast was not included, and was $14 per guest, for cereal and not well prepared food. We also were woken up by housekeeping at 7:45am, despite us having the please do not disturb sign on the door. When I spoke to the manager on duty, Steve, about my frustrations with my stay, he didn't seem to care and told me to take up my issues with Booking.com. I paid more than I would have at other locations for this stay because of the listed amenities and was very disappointed with the entire experience.

It was convenient to stores and restaurants and sitting areas.
Negatives:
They should have told me the pool was not open . I came for therapeutic.also the gym . First night lady told me the bar was not open on Saturday they even had a mangers sighn saying it. Come to find out around 7PM it was on that Saturday Sunday it didn’t open at all . It needs to open on weekends and some days of the week. The pool most definitely should have been open and they should have told me about both when I made the reservations.
