Location to the Fillmore Silver Spring was great. Area itself wasn't the best, but that can be in any city.

Front desk staff was a bit rude. There were no luggage carts available. Parking was too expensive. Hotel is very outdated and badly in need of a renovation.

The lobby was beautiful. The elevators were OK. The hallways of the hotel was very dirty. You can see that it was severe water damage to the walls. Inside of the hotel room, the floors were extremely dirty. The pool sleeper sofa sheets were not cleaned was very scared to even sleep on the bed inside of the bathroom. The tubs were extremely dirty. The toilets were dirty look like rust and mold everywhere, the counters were not clean. The coffee maker was disgusting never even drunk the coffee, there were patches of wallpaper peeling off the wall. It seem to be a lot of water damage mold was an understatement. I was so upset that I even spent my money and I can’t get my money back, but I would never recommend this hotel ever was extremely dirty and very much need a good upgrade.
