The location of the hotel is the best thing. It is accessible to major services of the city.

I booked your hotel as per the recommendation of my friend for my long-awaited vacation and to stay there for about 16 days. I enjoyed the first days of my stay in the room (good view towards the road). However, after few days of my stay, there was a heavy leakage from the upstairs bathroom into my bathroom and the leakage spoiled my stuff there and almost half of my room carpet was soaked with the leakage from the bathroom. I was then given another room on the backside of the hotel (which I did not like). This phenomenon spoiled my time and mood and some of my stuff too. After the first night in the new room, every day, I was requesting the front desk staff to move me to the front side available rooms of the hotel (where I was initially). However, instead of treating me well based on what happened to me, none of the receptionists were willing to translocate me to the side of the hotel where I was assigned and opted for initially. Since the payment modality was nonrefundable, I had no option than staying in the room which I was not comfortable to stay in. Then, I left the hotel by being disappointed at their service and customer handling.

The location was not so bad and the bedroom had enough comfort.

It was not clean. We ate at the restaurant the first evening and our meal was overcharged at the end of the stay. We tried to be reimbursed but our claim was ignored. It was frustrating to pay so much for a basic meal with a mouse circulating in the dining room.

Check in was fast and easy. Lisa at the front desk was informative, kind, and helpful. Room was no-frills but exactly as needed and advertised - comfy bed, fridge, and exceptionally clean. On-site parking is worth the cost compared to trying to fight for decent nearby street parking.
