People and the restaurant was convenient
Negatives:
I was put on the eighth floor night, one because our reservations were given up to other people that checked in earlier. The eighth floor was very dirty. My sink dripped all night the floor had food on it crumbs and crumbling from what looked like bacon. I could not switch rooms because it literally was the last room for all of us checking in
The ceiling had major leaks and holes light fixtures gone was really bad. The next morning we had to check out and check back in in the evening for our correct reservation. This was very inconvenient since this was a work trip.

It was fine, exactly what...
Positives:
Nothing. The room was not clean and it smelled very musty. The bathroom was extremely small. There was a closet with an iron but no ironing board that was larger than the bathroom. There were pliers hanging from the water line holding the spigot in place. The hot water was not working. They did fix the hot water. They said they didn’t know maintenance was working on the boiler. The lamp shades were all cracked and broken. There was only one remote for two televisions. The couch had stains on it so you didn’t want to sit on it. The curtains were falling down. The hotel needs revamped. I will never stay there again.

Cleaning. New carpet, couch and furniture. Actually fix what is broken.

The worst hotel I have...
Positives:
The location is great. I had so many attractions such as Dave n busters , TJ Max , Senegalese restaurant, Macdonald nearby my hotel and also the bus station.
Negatives:
I didn’t like the fact that my hotel didn’t serve no pancakes or waffles for breakfast. I had to walk down the block to look for pancakes and waffles. And I also didn’t like that I had to pay a fee when I had to check-in my hotel

Negatives:
The whole building was humid, including the bedroom. We turned the AC on but it only blew warm air. We asked the front desk about it and they said they'd send someone up to take a look but noone came. The building is shabby and lacking maintenance. We saw tape covering a doorknob to a door, the elevators were slow, noisy, and shaky.
