Positives:
The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. New towels and beds made every day. The shuttle service to/from the Metro was perfect. They were ready to go in less than 5 minutes. The best hotel stay at this price point I've had post-covid. For visiting DC and using the Metro, this is the hotel to book.

They should clean the upholstery on couches in the lobby.

There was an unpleasant damp smell in the room, probably caused by the leaky fridge.
