The hotel and check in was excellent....The next day in the morning the gentleman were not as friendly..definitely should not be working at the front desk...I felt like we were a bother too him....This was my first time here in the area dropping my child off at College..our beds were clean and comfortable...the shower was hot...Amazing..the overall was great...our breakfast was nice..Eggs were cold...Waffles were great.... I definitely will come again with out the children

The breakfast was the best thing about the place, and it wasn't great.
Negatives:
The room was not the room I specified, making it difficult for the two disabled people in the family. The fitness center was said to be under renovation. However, I specifically chose this hotel because it had a much nicer fitness center than the surrounding hotels. There were no signs stating it was being renovated,and we were not told until the third day that my son could have gone to the next property with the hotel key card and would be granted access to their workout room. It was extremely warm in the hotel, and the room air conditioning needs work. There were four of us, and we only got fresh towels once. Not a good experience at all, but it was not advertised for what it actually was in person. Very disappointed. We will not stay there again.
