Place was not clean, bucks, insects and rats running around, lights not working. Location was sketchy and the people were sketchy. Felt unsafe and I ended up leaving the place within 20 minutes of my arrival.

The young woman who checked me in (and then right back out again) was pleasant, kind, and doing the best she could to help me.

This was probably the shadiest, most rundown hotel I ever checked into. My “non-smoking” room wreaked of cigarette smoke. I requested another room and was told they are all like that. The 2nd room was even worse. In addition to being inundated with the smell of cigarette smoke, the tub was constantly running and couldn’t be turned off, the mini-fridge was making a weird clicking sound like a clock that was ticking too fast, the walls were painted baby shit brown, there was no elevator up to the 2nd floor and my geriatric, arthritic dog couldn’t safely make it up and down the stairs. I checked out about 15 minutes after I checked in and went to the Sheraton in Towson. It was considerably more expensive, but was clean and comfortable. Best decision I made was NOT to stay at the Days Inn. Additionally, I think I may have gotten a contact high on my way to check out the 2nd room. Now, MJ is legal in Maryland, and I don’t care if you want to puff a little, but I, personally, don’t want to be exposed to it.
