It was not a Hampton experience. They were using cheap coffee, they didn't have creamer, or juice, or milk, they were out of food at 730 and no breakfast on Sunday and they tried to charge my cc for my stay again something funny going on there.

Great service. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The beds were made & towels chang, something a lot of hotels no longer do. There was free breakfast starting early & ending at 10am, which was great since we are late risers.
Negatives:
Would have preferred a bistro table & chairs in the rooms with separate kitchenettes, along with amenities (paper towels, soap, etc.). Overall, we enjoyed the time spent there.

The air conditioning was loud and noisy every time it came on. We got very little sleep. The hotel was overbooked. My son is disabled and was awakened by the NOISE. Awakened with a headache.

I liked the welcoming staff of the hotel.
Negatives:
I didnt like how the fire alarm went off at 5:00 am due to someones negligence. I also didnt like that I did not get any word on why the hotel couldnt prepare my room with the extra decor I wanted for my spouses birthday in the extra notes section of the online reservation.
