Positives:
Location to visit Salem (~30 min) and Glochester (whale watching)

One room had a smell of Cannabis due to some youth occupying rooms in the corridor. In the room it was ok so no need to change rooms.

They have migrants living in that hotel and they were messy leaving garbage bags outside their room all night and were constantly in and out slamming their door at all times of night

Ok but not for me...
Positives:
I asked for an early check in and recieved it. The front desk recommended a great diner while I waited and called me to let me know it was ready.
Breakfast was fairly good and the rooms where spacious and clean.
Netflix and Youtube was a bonus,
Negatives:
Breakfast could be extended to 9:30 or 10 during the week, but that's just my preference. Wifi needs to be better or a higher speed should be offered at a fee. I couldn't really use my personal laptop as the wifi was laggy. Also during netflix episodes it was stalling.

overall it was a good stay.
Negatives:
The persistant smell of marijuana right outside the front door, in the elevator & the strong smell of it on the 3rd floor hall coming from a room near elevator (which I reported). I get it may be legal in that state, but an area far from entrances should be designated.
The breakfast bar could have been switched up a little. Maybe a diiferent meat, or different carb (english muffins, fruit muffins, pastries, apple or grape juice ). When staying a week, the breakfast got kind of stagnant.
The fire alarms went off one morning. Although we heard the alarms and evacuated safely, I think additional notifications could have been texted to guests to confirm there was a true fire.
I listened to people calling their other family members telling them to evacuate because there was indeed a fire. Thankful it was small and quickly extinguished. Again a text communication would have been nice notifying us we could return to our room.
