I enjoyed the food selections at breakfast and also during the "happy hour". I was watching what I was eating while there in Billerica/Burlington, Mass., and there were enough options for me to have a full breakfast. Also, the grounds outside the hotel were relatively scenic too for me to take walks in the mornings. And lastly, the front desk help on the night I arrived were super helpful. One of the women recommended a great carryout food place (Pizza Mia). She also upgraded my room to a two-room suite. It was wonderful and a great place to relax after a travel evening via flight and Lyft. Thank you for a great stay!

I called them on the previous night before the day that I had my accommodation arranged and paId via BOOKING. The payment was for 5 adults. I called to verify that the accommodation was really ok for 5 adults (due to a bad experience the previous night. Again with a reservation via BOOKING). The lady that answered the phone, told me she had a "slow system" and she would call me back shortly to answer my question. She never did. I was trapped, while when I officially informed (next morning when I CALLED AGAIN) that there was a problem with the accommodation (didn't fit 5 adults) I couldn't make any changes or cancel the room WITHOUT charges. And there was no additional room available for me, any more.

I booked through BOOKING for 5 adults. I paid for 5 adults. The room was hardly for 4 adults. The fifth person had to sleep the first night in an arm chair. For the second night I booked an additional room through BOOKING (there was no availability for the first night, to have an additional room). Waiting for BOOKING to refund AT LEAST the cost of the additional room for the second night. Not to mention our hardship/suffering. I am really curious to see what BOOKING will do to compensate for this terrible experience.

Don’t trust the Homewood suite...
Negatives:
Room was dirty and furniture was worn out and torn in several areas. Kitchen cabinets were broken and didn’t close at all. Room didn’t have proper A/C and they had a standing A/C which could cool only 1 room. Bathroom had no exhaust fan which gave entire room a dampness feel to it. Hairs in shower and for some odd reason on the back of the bathroom door.
