Negatives: Nothing….I always stay here when I’m in Boston!

Negatives: No complaints whatsoever. The location and amenities provided all that we needed, and the friendly front-desk staff went above and beyond to make our trip to Boston as special as could be. We felt very welcome, and found everyone eager to help whenever we had questions.

Negatives: There was no refrigerator in the room. There had been one at one time. You could tell because the cupboard and the hookups were still there. But they took them out assuming to make more money as people can’t save any food to eat the following day.

Negatives: Lack of ADA amenities and lack of handicap doors on thehotel door had sliding doors but we were put in a completely separate building, which i can’t believe they would make a handicapped person stay in a separate building without automatic main doors in a complimentary “suite” we were upgraded to which didn’t contain a mini fridge, our windows didn’t open which like was stated we would have in our room. The main hotel lobby had a fresh lemon water dispenser while our separate building had nothing like that. Not even a water dispenser to fill a water bottle. We requested ice, were told someone would bring some which never happened. Our phones didn’t work when we first arrived in the “suite” which for what the price of the hotel is. We were disappointed with our experience. Would have expected better for the price which requires an additional $25 a day fee for WiFi, bottled water, a discount on spa services over $100, access to walk by the harbor and entry to a maritime museum. Definitely not recommending this hotel.

Negatives: The room could have used á fridge

Negatives: The hotel did not have our reservation in their system. Then it took 20 minutes to re-create the reservation from the confirmation number. Also, the room was quite expensive and definitely not worth what it cost. So, over-valued I suppose because of the location.

Negatives: When I entered my room I found dirty cups of coffee by the machine. I notified the staff and they were removed (whilst I was out at dinner), yet not replaced with clean cups. So I could not have coffee in the morning. I also found a lack of fridge was annoying. The bathroom door was glass and not well padded so often banged when it closed. I was awoken by another room in the morning where kids were jumping and running around, very poor sound proofing between floors.
