Shower was so small you touched the wall and the shower curtain at the same time. Not acceptable for 450US a night. At the check out desk the clerk agreed and said most small single rooms had shower issues. The suites are better. No clue what they cost.

Clean and quiet! Very secure to get to our rooms. Cool and conveniently located to the T and to the park. Loved having Starbucks so close. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was much smaller than I imagined. I couldn’t stand square with the shower without my shoulders touching the shower curtain and the shower wall at the same time. Just surprising. No place to put my luggage.

Nothing. This was my first time staying at this property as my go-to property was booked. The location was much further from the theatre district/downtown than preferred. The lobby was a bit hectic and the staff was generally unhelpful. The rooms were a decent size, however, they were very old. The bathrooms were dingy and as were the linens.
Negatives:
I booked the room through a 3rd party website (booking.com) where I paid for the room prior to arrival. After completing the reservation, I was mistakenly charged AGAIN by the property directly for the same reservation. When I attempted to reach the property to obtain a refund, I was transferred to multiple people and continued to reach voicemails for 2 days. I eventually spoke with a person through Hilton customer service who assured me the issue was handled. However, I never received the confirmation emails for the pending refund. This stay and subsequent dealings with Hilton has been a horrible experience all around. I plan to avoid this chain in the future.

I booked a superior queen room and they gave me a wicked queen room. It is wicked, not in a good way. I had upgraded my room for additional space and walk in shower. I got neither. I felt ripped off. This room was so tiny. Paid &500 for this for one night. Crazy. Bathroom door locked me out in middle of night. I had to use a credit card to jimmy the door open to get into the bathroom. The bathroom was incredibly tiny. No power in the bathroom.
