once upon a time there was a 4 star hotel.....but unfortunately it is no longer there.....has anyone noticed? list without comment: the rooms are not equipped with: slippers, bathrobes, no mini bar...an empty refrigerated drawer (?). Breakfast on the second floor November 28, 2024: tables not available full of breakfast leftovers from customers who have already left, half-empty room, wait of over 30 minutes....because the TABLE needed cleaning....shameful service even for a three star hotel.....they didn't bring us cutlery to eat and the related napkins. But the price of the rooms and breakfast is 4 stars.
Last but not least :
in room 626 for 2 consecutive nights the large towels were not replaced! and there are no bathrobes!!!
