Positives: The front desk and restaurant staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! The room was clean and there was a spacious bathroom with multiple shower heads. It was right across the street from the theater we were going to.and the restaurant was within walking distance too. While their valet parking was full we found an affordable garage across the street. The only thing missing was someone asking to help with our bags to go upstairs.otherwise it was a perfectly fantastic stay!

Positives: Close to downtown. Easy Access to subway stations. Convenient for first time traveler who wants to explore Boston. The place is a little run down but overall was a nice stay.

Positives: Overall, the location of the property was good. It’s centralized and close to everything.

Negatives: Staff didn’t seem personable or knowledgeable about what is working as far as washer and dryers on the 15th floor, they did not communicate well about breakfast being included in our already paid hotel fees. Straight noise is heard even on the 11th floor.

Negatives: Alarm was set in my room for some reason might be with the previous guest at 1:58 am and 5 am, woke me up twice at the same night. Too expensive for what they give. Should include breakfast. Better lighting in a room and a strange set up for a closet and a mirror. No fridge? Why?
