Positives: Location is nearer to Boston Common, restaurants, theaters and parks. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good and similar to what we find in other Courtyards. Water dispenser is good.

Negatives: Room is little cramped when compared to other Courtyard properties. Starbucks counter is too small. You normally provide coffee and water as part of complementary offer throughout the day. I saw this missing.

Positives: The room was very comfy , and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. We attended a show at the theater across the street. When we got out, the valet suggested places to eat afterwards. Breakfast was delicious, and Michael, our server was great. We want to come back!

Positives: Location was amazing, door personnel were super nice, and the desk manager was really comprehensive and did her best to help us with our invoice-related issues.

Negatives: We needed separate invoices for work-travel justification, and contacted the hotel several times beforehand to make sure it was feasible and once again when doing the check-in, but during checkout they said it was not possible and took a really long time to fix something we could use. Also, the room was cleaned every other day.
