Near the theater we went to.

I want my money back. We checked out around 1:30 in the morning because the HOTEL was blaring club music. They offered a higher floor but we heard it loud and clear already on the 9th floor, so a higher floor likely wouldn’t have done anything. By that time we were pissed off and wanted to leave so we had to get a $70 Uber to get back home. Not being able to sleep at a hotel?? Unacceptable. I want my money back. Don’t blast music in a hotel. If you’re still going to, notify your guests plenty beforehand. You drove guests out of your hotel in the middle of the night.
