Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed.
The fourth floor gold service was outstanding. Wonderful to have a smaller quieter space for relaxing. The Pantry/hors d'ouvre/breakfast excellent and all the staff were wonderful. We stayed here many years ago and it is equally good and next time we're in Boston would be back without hesitation.

Had wonderful night on the town Saturday and came into bar for a night cap. Couldn’t believe bar closed at midnight. Barely made last call and was told to leave shortly thereafter. Had to take drinks to our room.

I asked for a small gift for my son's graduation be left in his adjoining room . Unbeknownst to me they upgraded the graduate to a room with a king sized bed ! My 6'3 new Grad was ecstatic !

No- but the type of trip selections do not apply . My trip was family with young adult children and two near seniors .
