Positives: I love the ambiance, chandeliers and Oak restaurant.
Negatives: The hotel needs to upgrade it's rooms computer system. Our room keys did not work three times, resulting in my sister getting locked in the elevator. The front desk always dealt with it promptly but that shouldn't be happening.

Positives: I booked for 2 day stay when I first got there. Since I'm an constantly up to be woken up after finally falling asleep was a bit aggravating, however after, some thought and a change of clerk, things got better, and walked away completely happy.

Negatives: These were the smallest doubles my husband and I have slept in for many years, really uncomfy. The rate supposedly included breakfast but it was only a credit worth $80. If you look at the menu though it, it is nearly impossible to stay within the limit for two people let alone a family of five (tea/coffee $9, berry bowl $15, eggs/bacon/hash brown/ $26 etc...).

Positives: Everything about the staff and service is excellent and what I would expect of a four star hotel.
Negatives: This is the second time that I've stayed at the hotel where there was an awful smell of raw sewage in the room. When I walked into the room, the window was open which told me they're aware of the issue but still selling the rooms, which is inexcusable.

Positives: Ambiance was excellent. Old hotel that was restored Staff was execeptional. Location was great. Walking distance to the theater district.
