Positives: The room was huge, extremely clean and with a nice river view. Staff (particularly in the breakfast) was very kind and they gave us some fruit even when there wasn’t any more. The gym was fully equipped. They have a shuttle service to take you to tue train station for free. Breakfast was very good.
Negatives: If you go to have breakfast close to the end, some food was not available. The jacuzzi in the pool area was not working. It could be good if the shuttle service has more frequency, since we had to wait a lot of time in the train station for it. Since it is far from Boston city center, the shuttle is the only way to go to the hotel.

Negatives: Not much to do outside the hotel, but that's not the point of this airport hotel. The guy on the bar was brilliant but he could do with some help.

Positives: The hotel is very suitable for short stays and if you would like to stay in close proximity to the airport. There is a regular free of charge shuttle service and it is pretty reliable. The breakfast was ok, although the seating area was crowded and staff were not around to clean the tables. The variety of food was all right, although very often things will run out and there could be quite a wat until someone is around to replace the trays.
Negatives: Staff was a bit unfriendly and there is the need for more people to be around breakfast time to clean the areas and replace finished food trays. Also the provided cutlery and plates were all plastic, which was slightly weird, A very annoying thing is that when I checked in at reception they told me that they will need my card details for the room booking (this was fine), but they will only charge me at check out. I found out that I have been charged twice and so I am still waiting for the money to return to my card after contacting my bank.

Positives: The room was nice, and the breakfast was good. My kids love the waffle station. The airport shuttle was fast and efficient. We appreciated the on-site restaurant at the bar.
Negatives: The bed was way too firm for my families liking. The sliding door for the bathroom/closet was interesting.
