Positives:
Staff were friendly. Clean room. Location was decent. There was construction going on on one of the floors, we were nervous about noise and interruptions but it didn’t bother us at all.
Negatives:
We didn’t get any menus in the room for any room service.
Upon booking, we requested extra pillows to which I was emailed saying they would be in the room. They were not.
I tried calling front desk, no answer.
Thankfully we brought a pillow each anyway.
Just for anyone who would care - during the day time there’s multiple sirens since it’s near the hospital. And it’s loud.
Police presence outside that we could see quite often. Lots of homeless (congregation of groups of people) quite often. Though we did not feel unsafe.
Pool was clean, open late too. Basic, but chilly. No hot tub.
Breakfast was ….ok. Better than what I’ve had elsewhere but it was nothing fabulous. Was not kept hot either. But it was better than nothing.

All the people in addiction nodded all up and down the street.. also, the guy at the front desk told us the pool was on the 9th floor. We go to the 9th floor & the pool doesn't even work.
