Positives:
I liked the idea of walking to the airport however I did not walk since I was alone and female. Next time, I will not get an early flight so I could just walk to the terminal since I could not get on 2 shuttles due to volume of guest going to the airport who was pushing their way up front to avoid waiting for the next shuttle.
Negatives:
The shuttle service was good but so many people waiting for the shuttle that I waited 30 mintues for the shuttle. Reason I waited 30 mintues was due to so many people, 1 shuttle bus could not take us at once. Since there was no first come first served and I was standing in the back, I could not get on the 4 am and 4:15 am shuttle. I was finally able to move up front and get the 4:45 am. It would be nice if Hilton could be more flexible with shuttles when large number of guest are waiting for airport shuttle instead of just saying " You will have to wait for the next shuttle in 15 mintues." Since there was not first come first serve, many guest were pushing there way up front so they do not have to wait for the next shuttle. As a small female and alone, I kept geting pushed back. Maybe if Hilton had a staff member managing the shuttle service who knew who arrived first, I would not have to wait 30 mintues to finally board the shuttle. I could have walked but was uncomfortable since I have to walk thru parking lots alone. Just something Hilton should consider or I will just have to start getting agressive.

Perfect location for a very early flight.
Negatives:
The phone in the room hadn't been charged so I couldn't order room service, and decided to eat at the restaurant downstairs. The staff were friendly and the food was ok, but the restaurant was a bit dark and dated with some big empty tables taking up a lot of space at one end, almost like a storage room.
