At the airport. The bed was comfortable.

The front desk guy wouldn’t answer any of my questions. The hotel is not close to town to walk and do things. You need to take train. If you’re tired, you only have the restaurant. I paid $30 for a burger. I called for a wake up call and never got it.

THE CHINESE ARE THE BEST HOUSKEEPING CLEANERS SO FAR SINCE I HAD BEEN STAYING ALMOST Yearly at park plaza hotel BOSTON . KUDOS TO THE PARK PLAZA HILTON HOTEL BOSTON !!!!!!!!

Easy check in. Handy for airport - the shuttle was excellent
Negatives:
First room was very dark, we were able to change to a nicer room on another floor
Upgraded to a corner room for our return journey overnight stay
A very pricey hotel, I understand its city and airport location but $15 for a mediocre turkey and cheese roll is somewhat exorbitant.
