Our recent stay at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza was very disappointing. To begin, the check-in process was extremely slow, with a huge line that took over 15 minutes to get through. I’ve never encountered such a wait time at any hotel before. The most troubling issue was the employee strike, which led to A LOT of noise throughout the day, starting as early as 7:30 a.m. While I understand such situations can arise, the hotel should have informed guests in advance and offered some form of accommodation or compensation for the inconvenience. They only gave us a paper about the strike during the check-in, no apologies or explanations. Many guests, myself included, found it impossible to rest or work with the constant noise. The issues extended beyond noise as well. Our room was not properly prepared, it was not as clean as expected, and basic amenities like soap were missing, which we had to request separately. This experience didn't meet the quality and comfort I usually expect from Hilton Hotels. We left the hotel feeling very disappointed and do not plan to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Staff very rude and bad faced in our early check in after 6 hour flight not even told us where to store our luggage , hotel very busy, elevator not working, not enough housekeeping personal did not clean the room in 2 days, uncomfortable seats for breakfast, two prices on breakfast expensive and the same every day, union strike lots of noice every day, worst Hilton ever.

The lobby, the entrance and the hotel in general is really beautiful. Lifts are super quick, the view from the 15th floor was amazing. Breakfast is absolutely incredible everything is super good, fresh, bacon is LIT and the girls are super polite.
Negatives:
Room wasn’t the cleanest, we stayed 2 nights but did not receive room service (that to my me sound crazy in such a nice and elevated hotel), my bed sheet was super dirty and a gigantic stain of foundation on it. I understand it’s not their fault but there was a strike of hilton workers and it was really annoying they started shouting at 6:30AM and we couldn’t sleep…

Surrounding area is very nice. Window view was good.
Negatives:
Stayed here for about 2 nights. The booking.com advertised price was in the 700s, but by the time it was all said and done my bill was somewhere around $1100. The rooms are average, maybe a 6, but I’ll give them a 7 just to be nice. Street parking is almost nonexistent so factor in valet into your price. I will visit Boston again but there’s probably a 1% chance I’d pay $500+ a night for a 6/10 place.

Do not go there! There’s a super-noisy riot of their employees from 7am to 9pm every day. And the lobby floor is also bumping 24/7. Plus, there was a scary emergency call in the morning forcing everyone to leave the rooms.
We had to book another hotel and literally lost our money for two nights.
