Positives:
Our bed was good, but our family (pull out) was not comfortable. We even upgraded our room to allow a 3rd person.
Negatives:
Our room reservation, as we thought would of allowed for two beds, only to find out that it is only for one bed and we were required to upgrade our room to a sofa bed pullout. That room was upgraded to 'suite'.
My expectation of a suite did not line up to what i'm used to getting, especially for $500/per night. The room layout was awkward:
1. bathroom plug didn't work
2. bathroom toilet paper place awkwardly
3. location of sofa bed provided no privacy
4. layout of bathroom doesn't take advantage of the space, i.e. the sink is so small and shelf was so close to the sink handle
5. luggage assistance and storage: the person took us back to storage room and asked us to identify the luggage and pull them ourselves, and then had the 'guts' to ask for a tip, for doing WHAT? Our luggage were tagged and I wonder why they didn't go back and get them for us

The bed was far too small for 2 adults. One of the blinds wasn't working and maintenance couldn't fix it. Although prepaid the resort fee, we had to insist not to be charged again which took 2 days to resolve.

we were charged destination tax having been told in writing all taxes were paid
receptionist on checking out was clearly annoyed at our questioning this tax
