Food was good but the service was incredibly slow. Very crowded and noisy. People do not respect quiet hours, slamming doors, parents letting children scream and run up and down the hallways.

The location was good for us, close to the I-90 W. Services were nice, good breakfast. Just prepare to spend money,, being located in the Theater District costs. Nearby Boston Commons, Boston Trolley Tour and restaurants. Take Ubers, saves on parking ($60/day), unless it's a short stay.
Negatives:
The carpets in the hallways need a refresh, the entrance way to the rooms is so worn down. Also, the bathroom had chipped paint around the door frame, the sink had a dime size chip and the shower shelf was hanging on by its screw. Also, the bathroom was small for 4 people.

Hotel is in an excellent location, there is a restaurant in the lobby. They were able to bring a fridge and microwave to the room.
Negatives:
The wicked queen room I booked on booking was a total mislead. There is no room with a kitchen and this room was so small it’s not really possible for two people to fit and the shower is too small for a human (I’m 6 feet tall).DO NOT BOOK THE WICKED QUEEN ROOM!. If booking.com had an honest description I would have booked a differ Room. Also there is an additional $40/room/day resort fee that is not mentioned. At least they give $15/day/room credit to use at the restaurant so breakfast was doable.
