the shuttle picking me up took1.5 hours. It went by my location at least once and was empty not full. hotel was on the pricey side

The shuttle departure point from the airport is not clearly marked. I took the shuttle to the "Hilton." I got a snippy response from the doorman when I realized it was the wrong Hilton. He said 50-75 people per day make the same mistake.

The shuttle to and from the air port. Matthew at the front desk was very helpful providing directions to Fenway.

Breakfast starts at 7 on weekend- could have used a 6 am start!

I like the convenience of the location of this property. Me and my daughter used the shuttle, which came super fast and the driver was nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious, modern and clean! The only thing I was unhappy was how far our room was from the elevators considering we had 3 luggages and toddler with me. However I have to note I did not complain to the front desk to move me so I don’t know if this would help! Overall great experience.
