the shuttle picking me up took1.5 hours. It went by my location at least once and was empty not full. hotel was on the pricey side

The shuttle departure point from the airport is not clearly marked. I took the shuttle to the "Hilton." I got a snippy response from the doorman when I realized it was the wrong Hilton. He said 50-75 people per day make the same mistake.

Yes, the pick up service at the airport, I was not told that i needed to call for a pick up and i was standing for almost 1/2 hour in the cold as the shuttle whizzed past the shuttle stop.

Extremely clean and comfortable hotel experience. Travelled with small children and staff was very sweet and accommodating.

Best airport hotel we have used. The lobby was contemporary and stylish and inviting. Check-in was the quickest ever. The room was quiet and clean and not worn from use.

Very clean room, they swapped is from 5th floor to 2nd floor- they were also very kind and helpful.
Negatives:
Shared shampoo/lotion/conditioner shower amenities are unhygienic. I would recommend removing immediately. Toilet was plugged with 2 flushes. Very loud unattended young guests in hall playing 6am
