Positives: I loved the pool.
Negatives: I booked the room for two days. However, I received a knock on the door asking when I was going to leave. I explained I was there for two nights. I received an attitude and she walked away. She didn't say she would check to see if everything was ok. The heat didn't work. I asked for a blanket. I did not receive a blanker.

Positives: Everything it was a great service, the room very clean and it was quiet got to rest very well
Negatives: That for some reason all 4 windows were open including the sunroof the following day, nothing was stolen or taken that we know off. The night of the 3 feb everything was left close because it was very cold and we drive from Peabody to the hotel, we left the car close and windows up, but on the 4 feb when we check out and we walk to the car, we notice all windows open. I told the receptionist to check and maybe avoid any other customers to this happen to him. He did took the information I provide.
