Great location very lovely and helpful staff especially Sandy and Chris! The bar and restaurant is very fun and the food and drinks are excellent tho pricey as expected. Overall a very nic stay.
Negatives:
Overall, the rooms could be cleaner and outlets didnt work (we had to move out of our first room for these reasons) headboards were old and patches were peeled off so for the price that I was paying, I expected it to be more luxurious than it was. So its a bit of pricey for what it is.

Perfect location. Attentive and wonderful staff. Comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of back bay.
