Breakfast not included. Location was exceptional. Walking distance to historic downtown sites, wharf/waterfront, subway steps from the front door. Ideal locaiton for a Boston visit.

Room wasn't large, but comfortable and we weren't spending much time in the room anyway. Shower was very small, if you are over 6' tall. One elevator didn't work through our entire stay, meaning longer waits to go up or down during peak times.

The room was dark and the cleaning staff missed so many details it was gross. They sold us the room and curtain rod hanging from the ceiling. Be careful if you have kids there are way to many sharp angles that could potentially get someone injured. Desk staff noted my complaint and did nothing to rectify. Bye bye Hyatt
