Positives: Views exceptional and very efficiently located next to the airport.

Negatives: The only complaint would be the air conditioning system. It is noisy...it is not consistent with air on and then off. Distracting when sleeping. A must to rectify to provide the guest with necessary comfort level. Room and bathroom were very good but the air conditioning was a bit frustrating.

Positives: I didn’t have breakfast. The Harborside Grill had the worse pizza I’ve ever eaten. It took over 11/2 hours to arrive from the airport due to a traffic accident. I should have )thought I HAD!) booked a place I could walk to from Logan Airport.
