Location was excellent; a few minutes walk from Boston Common. Hotel was of exceptional quality; room was spacious with a decent view. Breakfast was nice with a large selection of foods on offer. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
WiFi dropped in and out fairly regularly. Lifts were a bit awkward - key card and floor button had to be pressed several times before the lift would work. Not a major issue but an inconvenience nonetheless.
