Positives: Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very clean and great family or couple atmosphere. Great location - shopping and food close.

Negatives: You have to use two elevators to get to room. One from street/valet to lobby, then a second one to room. The sheets & comforter were crispy and there was no soft blanket.
