Super location. Really safe feel with staff on the entrance level, staff on the ground floor and lifts requiring key cards to the room floors. Really clean, great view, amazing location! Staff were so helpful and always available to answer any questions. Lovely gym. The pool services were closed at the time but it didn’t really impact us. Would highly recommend staying here!

Liked the privacy. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful with my requests.

Bathroom sink had clogging issue, that made the sink dirty with water backflow. A microwave would have been useful, but that wasn't very essential.

Close to so many things in the city.

Ceiling leaked when neighborhood took a shower. Very easy to hear neighbors above and next to us - they were just watching tv and walking. So many elevators changes just to get from the street to our room.

Staff were rude on check in and check out , we had an issue with someone charging $ 50 of wine to our room . We never eat or drank in the hotel and the hotel aren’t replying to my messages about getting a refund , very disappointing

Well, I love the location, and the room was clean. And it was comfortable.
Negatives:
I think the shower should have a shower handle as well as the showerhead in the bathroom.
Also, I think the restaurant downstairs all we had was appetizers and there should be a little more healthier options than fried calamari and the buffalo chicken tenders. I did not want wings or salmon meatballs but I thought maybe like a tuna tartare or just something that’s good and not fried and healthy with protein.
And I don’t like the destination fee that you tacked on at the end for $30 I think that’s just not right. I paid $330 for one night that I did not even get to check in until about 4 PM and I left at 9 AM. I stayed less than 24 hours, to be exact it might’ve been around 17 to 18 hours to pay $330. I think that’s just too much but you’re not gonna do anything and I have to just deal with it.
