Negatives: Reception staff at both check in/out. Depressing decor throughout. Room tired and gloomy, ageing furniture, cracked wash basin, shower control/head malfunctioning.

Positives: From the minute we walked up to the check in desk to the moment we checked out, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready, but the staff held our luggage with no problem while my husband and I went to grab lunch. We were notified via text in about 2 hours that our room was ready. At check in we were provided our keys, info on the hotel and wifi, and we were also given a little map of what was around. Shout out to Molly who was just WONDERFUL! We stayed in a suite and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Hyatt staff!

Positives: It was very comfortable to sleep and room was very clean. People who make rooms were very kind and gently.

Negatives: So expensive in relation with the value that I received along those days. No newspaper for the day, no breakfast included, staff in main desk so transactional, internet so slow.
