The spa opens at 6:00 hours during the weekdays and 7:00 hours during the weekend with the first treatment at 9:00 hours and the last treatment at 20:00 hours. The Boston Convention and Exhibition Center is less than 0.8 mi away from the InterContinental. Logan International Airport is 3.7 mi away. We will be undergoing a renovation of the Lobby, Restaurant and Bar beginning Jan 2024 until June 2024.

the location was great - especially since we arrived on the train and it was so close. The staff was excellent, everyone was always helpful and friendly. I also loved the area in the back of the hotel to be able to relax, have a drink with a great view.
Negatives:
when we arrived, we were told that the hotel was acquired. as a result there were renovations occurring and the restaurants were not available. I would have liked to have been told previously to determine if I wanted to cancel and move to another hotel. we were celebrating my birthday so I would have liked the hotel to be "perfect" : )
