The NOISE LEVEL of other guests on our floor with no one doing anything to ensure respect to others. Noise level of the pool at night was also terrible. We felt we were in a Ramada Inn after prom night. Terrible experience for us and our family. No respect whatsoever and no staff ensuring good behavior.

Although during booking tea coffee machine was mentioned, it was not there. The common coffee facility was also out if order. Multiple times I called but didn't look after.
The security deposit money is $150, it is too high!
