Positives:
Location and accommodations were quite good.
Negatives:
The billing system was down. They could not process my credit card, nor could they issue more than one door key card. They cautioned me not to lose it, as it was the "only" master? Seems unlikely. That was very off putting.

How do you not supply a coffee maker or water for the rooms? I'm sure the point is to buy from the coffee shop, but it's annoying to nickle and dime. Also the grab and go store never seems to be open, and no convenience store close by to grab essentials.

Only the location was good. Its not worth the money they charge

The room look like its under construction. There was pillar inside the room. The staff was aware that room look like crape but still cannot help me change the room. There are better options in that area for this rate. Must avoid hotel.

It was close to everything, beautiful decor and clean,
Positives:
Restaurant, Bar & coffee shop inside hotel. Location and view is good.
Negatives:
The room is nice new and trendy but not very practical. Have to watch TV from the bed or standing only. Not even a coat hook by the door which you may need in Boston.
