Perfect location! The best oart of this hotel experience was Juliet ( reservation specialist)
She went above and beyond , and she made sure our girls' trip ( bucket list) was absolutely PERFECT! what an asset! The history of the hotel was also a favorite, although the rooms are on the smaller side . We 4 gals made it work with zero problems!! I would stay here again on a heartbeat!! Ty Omni Parker house staff ,especially Juliet, happy memories were made!
Negatives:
Everything in downtown Boston is ridiculously expensive! I can only imagine the prices if an event was going on! Fenuil hall ? Eh, the food is overpriced, and there is nothing to brag about. It would be nice if the hotel offered snacks or soda on arrival. Or coffee station in the morning. But the bottled water was nice.

We did eat breakfast once and it was very good. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was appreciated. We loved the history, charm, and location. We were very comfortable.

It was easy to hear our neighbor talking on the phone next door. There was a small dog that barked for a while, but not too bad.
