I like the location of the Hotel, right in the Center of the City with walking distance to main attractions, restaurants.
Negatives:
The Hotel is under MAJOR CONSTRUCTION. Ask yourself a question: would you like or enjoy to stay inside the building while it goes through the major renovation ? Meaning: Would you like to enjoy the dust, dirt, noise, UN-available access to lobby including advertised Breakfast, Absence of coffee maker, limited space in tiny fridge, Elevator filled with debris from the construction site, 7 am Noise from construction workers? If your answer is yes, I would not mind it at all - then go ahead.

Positives:
The hotel was very clean and the location was awesome. Centrally located & a lot of things were within walking distance. If not the T was 3 blocks away. I did read the reviews before I left and some reviews said they didn’t have a blow dryer. There was one in my room.
Negatives:
There is no parking. I had read it was limited parking but the only parking is valet & that’s $65.00 a day. There also wasn’t any resturant or bar on site. I’m not sure if they are remodeling or what was going on.

The construction inside the hotel is so much you cant even walk through the lobby. There is no coffee to have in the morning and for $537 a night i expected WAY more. They couldnt even get my vehicle out of valet for me due to staffing we had to wait over an hour to get our vehicle while we sat on the sidewalk because theres nowhere to sit in the lobby!

Location is lovely, it’s expensive...
Positives:
I really enjoyed how nice the rooms were-the beds were very comfortable!
Negatives:
The shower head appeared to not have such a high pressure and when you turned the knob at a certain level it would make a loud noises which I think needs to be taken care of. I had high hopes for the shower, as the bathroom was beautiful but the because the shower head had problems, it felt very frustrating to enjoy the shower.
