- guest service don’t support us in luggage when we chick out specially with luggage around 10 peace the woman in guest service say are don’t have someone to help you with luggage specially we are traveling with family consist of 4 child and parents which mean there is 10 luggage at lease

The facility is clean Quite and bed is conformable the parking service is Excellent and on the time it’s good for relaxation.
Negatives:
1- we reserved second room but the master cards doesn’t works then we updating directly the master cards detail threw booking team which they updated the reservations but the hotel adding extra 200 dollar more than date of reserve the rooms . Which is questionable ??
2- the staff specifically on the reception quainter ( when we chick in they are helpful but when we chucked out they which reflecting of course the management not helpful specially in checking out they let me carry the luggage without tray helper ??
3- also when we would like to have the chick out slip bills they didn’t mentions we will received it there e mail but they mentions please deal with booking please ?? Questions is that staff reflecting themself or the hotel management please advice ?
