Positives:
Location and proximity to Fenway. Having a kitchenette with dishes etc. Bed was decently comfortable. Breakfast was a decent selection. Nice touch with infused water and hot cider for guests in lobby.
Negatives:
The water temp in our unit was VERY hard to regulate, esp at the bathroom sink. There was a fine line between melting your skin off and being too cool. Toilet flushing wonky. The scrambled eggs at breakfast seemed fake? Something was off with those. And the breakfast hours ended WAY TOO EARLY. Like 930 weekdays and 10 weekends. Hardly got to take advantage of this. Coffee was not offered all day, thought I saw that listed somewhere. Also, last time there they still had a Fenway view ☹️

Breakfast was good and the room was spacious with a small kitchen. Location good with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to get downtown by the subway.

Positives:
Marquis Miller, Front Desk Supervisor, was amazingly kind and helpful. He got us into our room early so we could freshen up and enjoy more time in Boston prior to the red Sox game. He also gave us great information about how to find our tour. Breakfast was excellent. Location right at Fenway was perfect. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
I guess the one thing is the cost. I am grad student and always looking for bargains. I get it, it's Boston, but maybe a discount for nurses and EMTs would be great. Still, I would definitely stay at this location again.
