The location is very good. Walkable to mostly anywhere.
Negatives:
The lobby is nice but then when you get to the room it’s disappointing.. it feels very outdated and dingy. The carpets and couch looked discolored. The air conditioner thing on the balcony was SO LOUD. The tile grout in the shower was orange while the rest of the bathroom was white… opening the shower door it smelled like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in months.

Breakfast was very good options and had good options for VEGAN guests.
Negatives:
Rooms were a complete disappointment.
Old filthy carpet in both our rooms that was dirty, stained and outdated.
Sheets were uncomfortable and poor quality.
Towels were old , not fresh looking , poor quality again.
Lack of basic hotel amenities such as slippers and a robe. Especially if we have to walk around on dirty carpets.
Air conditioner was extremely loud.
Rooms need to be refreshed, modernized and towels , sheets and comforters should be hotel quality.

Positives:
Decor was okay, but nothing was as I expected from the advertisement and reviews of the hotel.
Negatives:
The staff was rude, very unhelpful, the roof view was closed, and the price for food was overdone when you have to pay $6.00 for a 4oz pepsi WOW that is a bit to much. There was one bartender that was actually very pleasant and gave helpful tips.

the location was great. There were plenty of places to eat within just a few minutes and Boston Common is just 2 blocks away.
Negatives:
The price. While the hotel was nice, we paid over $450 a night. I think it must have been related to the weekend because everything seemed overpriced. But this was clearly a $250 room at best.
