1) I dont like the service because I asked housekeepers 4-5 time for tooth brush and I never get those at the i have to run out side of my room and asked her to give me brush right now please.
2) and I asked for water bottles and glasses at night around 11-12 in between and there was a person his name is LEO he gave me wrong glasses but no water and then he brought wrong glasses again but not water then he brought water on 3rd time and that was really disturbing for me!

We have stayed here before and loved it. the room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and balcony.
Negatives:
We had to sleep with the balcony door open both nights bc the heating/air conditioning didn’t work. We spoke with the front desk and they sent someone right away, 30 seconds later they said it was fixed but it wasn’t. We set it to 65 degrees and the heat came out blasting. I honestly was worried about bugs and birds flying in all night. Told the front desk again, and they truly didn’t care. He offered to take off the amenity fee, but when you pay over $350 a night, the air conditioning should work, let’s be real.
