On my third day at the hotel, after the room was cleaned, I discovered that my AirPods were missing. The staff explained that they may have been “mistakenly taken with the sheets and not stolen”. However, I was able to track their location, but later that evening, the AirPods were turned off.
I am extremely disappointed and expect this matter to be addressed immediately.

Good value for money in...
Positives:
This ia a gem of a hotel - made more so by all the lovely and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped (we stayed in a Deluxe Double Queen) and nothing was too much for the staff as a fridge and additional hangers were brought to our room within 10 minutes of requesting. The beds are very comfortable, along with the pillows too. Lovely fluffy bathroom towels, though these could be a little larger. The hotel is in a central location, great for exploring everything Boston has to offer - we wouldn't hesitate in booking at this hotel again as we had a great stay.

The staff is excellent and very helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We like the whole Paul Revere theme. Location is great, close to the Commons, the T-line, and theatre district.
