The front desk person Alito did an excellent job at helping me. It was my first time in Boston and I was a solo traveler. Alito took his time to give me information about the area. All of the staff was really nice. I also liked that housekeeping cleaned the room each day. The hotel was walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.
Negatives:
My room was clean but a little dusty. The glass door to the balcony was very dirty.

The breakfast is very expensive based on the amount paid per the rooms.

It would be better to have a consistent price for the rooms. I was there with a group and was unable to get the group right and then very disrespectfully told that it was my fault that I didn’t have the rate that my colleagues had because I booked through something else because I was unable to get the discounted rate as no one answered the call When I was making my arrangements.
