Featuring several dining options and a beautiful indoor pool with a glass ceiling, this hotel is located just off I-90 and is 0.6 mi from Copley Square in Boston. A fitness center is available. The modern rooms of the Sheraton Boston Hotel provide spacious windows and a 55-inch flat-screen cable TV. A coffee maker is also included. A computer lounge with free WiFi is located in the lobby. The Sheraton Hotel Boston is 0.9 mi from the Museum of Fine Arts. Boston Common is 1.7 mi away and the hotel is attached to the Prudential Center. Transformation is in progress. We are currently undergoing renovations to our guest rooms, restaurant, and lobby until December 1, 2024.

Positives:
I really liked the location and the the staff.
Negatives:
It was under renovation and none of the restaurants were open. There was construction between the hours of 9 and 4 and it was basically jack hammering. Aside from a brief note about the construction when this was originally booked, there was nothing to let us know what staying here would really be like and there was absolutely no break in the cost.

It was ridiculously overpriced given...
Positives:
The hotel was in great proximity to all the attractions in Boston . It was also nice that the hotel was connected to the Prudential Center shops and restaurants. While the room was quite small, not even a chair, the beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
I was notified 2 days before departure that the hotel would be in renovation mode, which unfortunately at that time it was to late for me to pivot hotels. Jackhammers started early and that was a bit annoying. The temperatures were quite warm in Boston and the ice machine on floor 12 was out of service my entire stay, I went down a floor and that ice maker too was out of service. Eventually, I did find ice 3 floors down. Another item which was really unacceptable to me, was receiving a note under my door that my water would be shutoff from 10-2. It was somewhat of an inconvenience and I do think there should have been some type of compensation for that. Shortly after receiving that note under my door, I received another stating they would be doing a fire drill test at the noon hour. I phoned the hotel manager to advise on my feelings and she offered to add bonus point to my Marriot Bonvey account (which I have yet to see). All in all, had things been managed more effectively, the hotel rating would have been higher.

Very good location, walking distance to the Red Sox stadium, shopping malls, public transit and so on.
Negatives:
Ongoing renovations mean there is currently no buffet breakfast available. And certain facilities are temporary.
I have not been issued itemized invoice folio for my stay, and support is unable to produce it. Contacted hotel, hotel support, and booking.com.

I liked the location . I liked the comfort of the beds & pillows. I like the speed of the elevators. I liked the pool, gym & outdoor area near pool .
Negatives:
The bathroom tub needed to be reglazed or replaced. It was all peeling and chipped - it was terrible to stand in to shower ! Your feet are touching chipped paint ! The room beds had high headboards that were not clean - very dusty. The hotel reception area was under construction. I didn’t know that would mean there would be no common area set up while the construction was happening. Very inconvenient not to have a lounge for guests. Noisy construction sounds. I wanted to heat up food in my room - no microwave ANYWHERE on the property for guests convenience.

Remodeling and was told only the day before we arrived. The bathroom tub and plumbing needed upgrading. Had to stay on the 9th floor to avoid noise in a room with two double beds.
